MATIC NETWORK AMA WITH IDEAOLOGY—FEBRUARY 1 2021

2nd of February 2021, The CEO of Ideaology, Amar Kovacecic was hosted by Matic Network on their channel. The AMA’s purpose was to discuss how Ideaology connects startups, freelancers, and investors in a collaborative ecosystem.

The session was moderated by Arjun Karlsy, where he quizzed Amar on different aspects of Ideaology.

Hello Arjun, it’s my pleasure to be here.
I’m Amar Kovacevic, co-founder and CTO of Ideaology. We are Dubai based company and now almost one and half year building the project.
Ideaology is three in one project that aims to create a business network ecosystem.
1. Ideaology.io — hybrid utility/payment erc-20 token
2. Activeidea.com — business network platform (beta phase)
3. Activeidea wallet — online wallet connected with each profile and available on mobile app (currently building)

There is a strong focus on building a collaborative ecosystem with startups, freelancers etc. Can you tell us how Ideaology will engage and keep its users happy?

Amar Kovacevic
We want to create an environment for three types of users: Innovators, developers and investors.
To cover the whole road from IDEA to crowdfunding, where the whole community can benefit from.
Offering four types of services: find a team/partner, freelance, digital marketplace and crowdfunding with only one login.

Can you elaborate a bit more on the two products that you have mentioned ? Ideaology & Activeidea
How will they work together ?

As our token is hybrid utility/payment it has huge influence on our platform.
Idea token has three main purposes on Activeidea platform:
1. Optional payment gateway (chosen by seller does he want to accept fiat, crypto or both)
2. Hold to achieve benefits of up to 50% discount on fees and voting right for new projects that rise on activeidea crowdfunidng.
3. Invest into new projects with Ideaology (IDEA) token

You mentioned that the holders will get 50% discount on fees and voting rights
Is there a staking component here as well ? with the IDEA token ?

Amar Kovacevic
Currently we are working on it. As every profile will be connected with the unique wallet (build on matic network) we want to create bonus for the users that have token on hold and earn additional IDEA token

What are the major milestones Ideaology has achieved so far and what can we expect from you guys in 2021 ?

Amar Kovacevic
We have previously launched private sale and pre-sale which went successfully and now we are in IEO phase. Our biggest achievement is definetly our platform, which is currently in beta phase and will be fully launched in 15 days.
We have gathered more than 6500 pre-registrations for our beta launch and by the end of the year we have goal to reach 100.000 active users which will highly increase demand for the token.

Can you tell us a little bit about how your experience was building on Matic and what are the advantages of Ideaology working with a Layer 2 like Matic?

What are the advantages of Ideaology’s platform compared to other platforms? How can developers and users make money here ?

Definetly our advantage is whole ecosystem where we aim to cover all steps from IDEA to the crowdfunding.
Developers can work as freelancers, create and sell already made codes, join new projects or unite and start their own project and at the end apply for the crowdunding.

the decisions for funding will be made by community vote ?

Yes, whole community can vote which projects they want to support, if the project is denied community can provide what they don’t like and it will go to the “Upcoming project” section where they can hire community developers to improve

this is good stuff. So even if a project does not get funded the first time, they can take the feedback and try again
This is a very unique system

Founder will put the amount he want to raise and provide the details of the project. Then project get reviewed by Ideaology team, after passing it goes to the community voting.
In both checks if project get denied it will go to the upcoming project section where it have chance to improve and whole community can help

Yes definetly they can try again after improving and by this way whole community will see what he have done

This kind of supportive approach is quite refreshing. Not many DAO’s etc. have this kind of mecahnism

It’s all about opportunity, a lot projects never shine because they don’t get opportunity and never get visible to the right people

They can’t, voting is only for new projects

As we are not fully defi we want to also bring more to the global blockchain adoptation. Example if freelancer join that’s not into crypto, he can use platform but without benefits and full potential. Once he see what he can get he will get into investigating and learning about blockchain and at the end blockchain world get one more user

We definetly have plan and attractive offers for each user base. As I previously said before beta launch we suceed to collect 6500 pre registrations in three days. Now we are even more ready on the full launch

How does Ideology work with community support, versus existing solutions being expensive, slow, and centralized, and what solutions are offered for funding?

We want to provide full security to investors and that’s why everyone who want to start new crowdfunding must finish full KYC verification, after that Ideaology team review full project and after that whole community can review it before getting listed.
We created platform where they can find everything they need, from collaborating with other developers to the crowdfunding
